Mental Health Insurance
Insurance-covered Mental Health services are provided and billed by our clinic. Our providers participate in most major health insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace (ObamaCare), and Commercial/Employer sponsored insurance plans. We accept payment through HSA accounts.
To find out if we accept your plan or questions about deductibles or co-payments, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly. The contact information is typically located on the back of your card.
Self-pay and Health Savings Accounts

For those who have Health Savings Account Credit/Debit Cards or those who wish to Self-pay, we charge the following amounts.
Fees for services with Courtney and Kelsie when paying with cash or using an HSA account:

​Initial Intake appointment (60-minutes): $175
Individual therapy (45 minutes): $115
Individual therapy (60 minutes): $150
Family or couples therapy (60 minutes): $175

Fees for services with Dr. Kane:
​Initial Intake Appointment (75 minutes): $250
Individual therapy (45 minutes): $160
Individual therapy (60 minutes): $210
Family or couples therapy (60 minutes): $250
Dr. Kane is currently only accepting new cash-pay or HSA clients.

There is a 10% discount when at least three appointments are paid in advance.
